Mahi Mahi

Mahi mahi also known as Dolphin fish, Dorado,and Lampuka is a fish that can live up to 5 years and has an oily soft flesh of very good quality.
The skin goes through color changes after being caught fading to a yellow/gray upon death. It is mainly caught with trawling lures and when striking can reach speeds of up to 90 km per hour.
