Chicken Curry at Newry Island

24th July 2010

Location    20 degress 51′.018  South   148 Degress 55′ 840  North      Wind 14.5 knts   Sunny

I awoke up at 4.00 am this morning and had this urge to get moving so lifted the pick and headed for Mackay. A friend send me an email yesterday and invited me to fly to Perth to have a hot indian curry and sometimes I would go a long way for a meal but 3000 miles????????

At first  I did not think I could make it but it must have played on my head all night and all I could think when I awoke up was “CURRY”.

As I turned out of Cid Harbor and levelled with Hamilton Island  a blastery 25 knots breeze hit NautiBuoyToo on the nose and he was not happy. He bucked and reared so I eased the reings making him ride the roller coaster in front of us more confortable.

Tired of the ride I decided to pull up at Newry island, cook a chicken curry and rest
